We rent postal-only mailing lists of our members (excluding our EU customers) and institute attendees (excluding our EU customers) according to the agreement that can be read here.

We have appropriate security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site. Any credit card information and billing address received from customer purchases are always encrypted.
