2:30 PM - 4:00 PM
Session Type: Workshop

Do you ever wonder why you feel so exhausted at the end of the workday? Dealing with toxic and difficult co-workers daily can turn your dream job into a nightmare! You spend too much of your energy dealing with issues and resolving problems caused by the main culprits: one or more problematic co-workers. All this can be extremely draining, especially if you must come to the same environment every day. As the pressures of emotionally-charged interactions with your co-workers increase, you may find it challenging to handle these downright negative and argumentative people. This workshop will give you a new perspective on this problem as well as useful skills and strategies you can use to take control.
