Women Leaders in Management: Finding Motivation in Challenging and Changing Times

SESSION INFO

Monday, March 11, 2019
1:45 pm - 2:45 pm
Session Type: Workshop

Our training session is meticulously planned and designed to empower female leaders in management. The session is led by experienced trainers who will work through the 3 P’s of finding Purpose, Planning for goals, and making it Personal by committing to a mission. We will discuss enhancing motivation in these challenging and changing times, and we will explore the realities and obstacles of introducing new initiatives to a sometimes resistant workforce. The trainers will especially focus on how to take on a new leadership role and establish a place in management. Recognizing that a fear of change is commonplace, we will challenge that fear and help the attendees find new ways to think outside the box using a critical and global approach while creating a paradigm shift for positive outcomes. Positive outcomes are our goal!
