A Week of Celebration
and Recognition!

Above are some examples of agencies and officers who have made a commitment to their communities by finding ways to do more with less.
The week of July 17-23, 2011 is a time to acknowledge the amazing work
done by probation, parole and community corrections. The economy has made
everyone’s job more difficult and community corrections professionals, who
already have difficult jobs, are expected to supervise adults and juveniles,
help them get needed services and keep our communities safe all while facing
smaller budgets. Below are some examples of agencies and officers who have
made a commitment to their communities by finding ways to do more with less.
Click on each one for a story of how they are thinking outside the box.
