In Module 4 participants will learn how to intervene appropriately when they recognize possible elder abuse. The presenter discusses offender assessment processes designed to address elder abuse concerns, the conditions of supervision that promote victim safety, the issues surrounding level of supervision of elder abusers, what to consider when making cross-jurisdictional placements, and the professional obligations of community corrections professionals in elder abuse cases.
