Guest Accommodations
The Kingston Plantation has a wealth of amenities to choose from, you can
select a suite in the Embassy Hotel & Suites or a condo villa. In
particular, the Embassy Suites boast the two-room suites with private balconies,
queen size sleeper sofa and a wetbar. A complimentary breakfast buffet and
evening reception is offered for guests staying at the Embassy Suites Hotel.
Villas
Beautiful wooded or lake view villas are all available and offer the same
amenities with seclusion and privacy. All villas offer convenient shuttle
service to meeting rooms and parking near each unit. Other amenities such as
screened porches, loft areas and sundecks vary among units.
Reservations
APPA has secured a special lodging rate at the Kingston Plantation . A rate of $77.00 per night single/ double occupancy. A non-refundable deposit is required to book your reservation. Deadline for hotel reservation is January 5, 2009.
Group room rates are based on availability until January 5, 2009. A credit card is required at the time of booking and a deposit equal to one night’s room and tax will be charged. A 72 hour cancellation notice is required prior to your arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit. A nominal fee is included in the lodging rate for meeting rental costs. In addition, hotel parking is available. The valet rate is $15.00 per day and $7.00 per day for self parking.
