APPA publishes a professional journal, Perspectives, which contains articles on the latest research, evaluations of innovative programs and supervision strategies. Articles in Perspectives are written by some of the leading academicians as well as nationally recognized professionals in the field of criminal justice. All articles are reviewed and recommended by a five member editorial committee. Perspectives is published quarterly and distributed to more than 4,500 individuals, including 100 key probation and parole agencies in the United States and Canada as well as all major related organizations in the field.
