Agency membership is available to any local, county, state, federal, provincial or private organization that operates community corrections programs. The objective of agency membership is to provide an opportunity for agencies to obtain membership in the American Probation and Parole Association and have the same standing and benefits of an individual member. Agency membership is three-tiered to accommodate the different levels from agency to agency:

  • Level I   - 500 or more staff $650
  • Level II  - 100 - 499 staff $450
  • Level III - Less than 100 staff $250 annually

The benefits of agency membership are:

  • Multiple copies of each issue of Perspectives (20, 10, or 5 depending upon membership level selected)
  • CC Headlines and More... e-newsletter twice a month
  • Discounts on APPA's Institutes and state-of-the-art training programs
  • One vote in APPA's election process
  • Preference to sponsor local training events (In the case where there is a local affiliate, both agency and professional organization will work together to organize and sponsor events)
  • The opportunity to negotiate group rates for Institutes and selected seminars (fees set by review and approval of APPA Executive Committee)
