Associate membership is open to corporations with an interest in the field of probation, parole and community corrections. The objectives of associate membership are to engage our corporate friends in association activities and to share information with each other. Associate members have access to APPA's information network and affiliates. Associate members have no voting privileges, and membership should not be seen as an endorsement of any product or company.

The benefits of associate membership are:

  • Exhibit Booth-Associate members receive a 10 percent discount on exhibit booths at the Annual and Winter Institutes
  • Mailing Lists- Associate members receive a 10 percent discount on APPA membership lists available on mailing labels or computer disk
  • Sponsored Events-Associate members may participate in associate member sponsored events at the APPA Annual Institutes
  • Membership Certificate-APPA provides each associate member with a membership certificate to be displayed in their booth at the Annual and Winter Institutes
  • CC Headlines and More... e-newsletter twice a month
  • Perspectives Subscription-Associate members receive three copies of APPA's journal, Perspectives.
  • Perspectives Listing-Associate members will be listed in each issue of Perspectives with contact information.
  • Internet Listing-Associate members are listed on the APPA Internet website with the company's logo and contact information.
  • Associate Relations Committee-One representative from each associate member may participate on the APPA Associate Relations Committee.
  • Membership Discount-Associate members may receive the membership discount for publications and Institute registrations.

All applications for associate membership are reviewed and approved by the APPA board of directors.
