Announcing… APPA's 2021 Election Winner

The American Probation and Parole Association (APPA) is proud to announce the results of our 2021 Election. Voting was completed virtually by APPA membership in the month of April, and turnout was fantastic! More than 650 voters took part in this year's competition, representing 35% of all eligible voters. Thank you to everyone who took part.

Without further ado, the following individuals will join incoming President Brian Lovins on APPA's Executive Committee for a two-year term:

Director of Probation and Court Services, Vermilion County, Illinois



APPA's Board of Directors will be made up of the five Executive Committee members, Immediate Past President Tim Hardy, and these newly elected officers:

Fifty-two Area Representatives were also elected in APPA's 2021 election. This includes one from each state*, Washington DC, Canada, and the US Pacific Territories. *New Mexico's representative withdrew their nomination and a replacement will be appointed in accordance with APPA's Constitution & By-Laws.
