Dr. Carley Shelton
Research and Development Manager, Tarrant County CSCD
Carley Shelton, PhD is an accomplished professional with over 17 years of experience in community supervision. She currently serves as the Research and Development Manager for the Tarrant County Community Supervision and Corrections Department in Fort Worth, Texas. Dr. Shelton holds a PhD in Criminology from the University of Texas at Dallas, and her research interests encompass adult community supervision, rational choice theory, and Bayesian updating principles related to offender decision-making processes.
