Currently, Nichole serves as a Law Enforcement Peer Success Coach at the Georgia Correctional Academy, where she is deeply committed to the professional and personal development of her fellow officers. In addition, she actively participates in a pilot program designed to enhance staff well-being across state facilities by providing essential supportive resources.
