SESSION INFO

Wednesday, August 27, 2025
9:15 AM - 10:45 AM
Session Type: Workshop

Women in leadership thrive when we break barriers together. In this interactive session, we invite participants to bring a male ally—someone who supports equity, inclusion, and authentic leadership. Together, we will explore the dynamics of allyship, uncover unspoken challenges, and engage in candid discussions about dismantling leadership stereotypes. Rather than a panel discussion, this session creates space for deep, meaningful conversations. Through structured dialogue and interactive exercises, we will challenge assumptions, share experiences, and develop actionable strategies to reshape leadership norms in justice and human services. Come prepared to listen, learn, and engage in a transformative conversation that moves beyond advocacy into action.
