Mark Dyea is an enrolled member of the Pueblo of Laguna and a 100% Disabled Veteran. Mark has worked as the Tribal Grants Manager for the APPA since 2022, where he collaborates with Tribes securing training and technical assistance in program planning, implementation, and enhancement. Mark has over 20 years of Community Supervision and Treatment Court experience and graduated from the Tribal Probation Academy in 2007. During his career, he worked for the Pueblo of Laguna’s Probation & Parole Services for over ten years as a Probation Officer, Wellness Court Coordinator, Program Manager, co-founded Laguna’s Community Wellness Court program and served as its Co-Coordinator for seven years. Mark also worked as a Case Manager for the Bernalillo County Metropolitan Court Specialty Courts and Coordinator for the Pueblo of San Felipe Healing to Wellness Court. Mark served as a Sr. Consultant for the NADCP Tribal Healing to Wellness Court Planning Initiative, faculty for TLPI, and a federal Peer Reviewer. Mark has worked with numerous jurisdictions across the country to develop and enhance Community Supervision programs and Treatment Courts. Over the course of his career Mark has collaborated with State, Federal, and Tribal entities, to improve community supervision outcomes and intergovernmental relationships.

Mary began serving the Puyallup community as an Outreach Coordinator before joining Native American Reentry Services (NARS) as a Case Manager. Today, she serves as NARS Operations Manager and as a Resource Navigator supporting Indigenous relatives in Seattle. Through her lived experience, Mary continues to inspire and uplift others on their paths of reentry, recovery, and hope.

Selina Ramirez is a proud Tribal Member of the Port Gamble S’Klallam Tribe nəxʷq ̓íyt nəxʷ sƛ̓áy̓əm ̓cn,a dedicated mother of four, and grandmother of two. She serves as the Program Manager for the Road to New Beginnings Reentry Program, where she is committed to supporting individuals and families through culturally grounded advocacy, healing, and reentry services. As a graduate of the Tribe’s reentry program and with more than nine years in recovery, Selina brings both lived experience and professional expertise to her work. Having overcome addiction and incarceration, she is passionate about helping others find hope, rebuild their lives, and reconnect with their communities. Her journey reflects her belief that healing and transformation are possible through support, accountability, cultural identity, and strong community relationships.
