Jannet Bonilla is a Probation Specialist with Alameda County Probation Department, bringing nearly 10 years of public sector professionalism with expertise in human resources operations, policy implementation, and evidence-based practices. She holds a strong track record of supporting organizational effectiveness through strategic administrative leadership, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. Ms. Bonilla holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration from California State University, East Bay, and a Certification in Evidence-Based Leadership from the Joyfields Institute. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Public Administration, further strengthening her commitment to advancing equitable, effective systems and driving meaningful outcomes for the communities she serves.

Christy Henzi is a Deputy Chief Probation Officer with the Alameda County Probation Department, bringing nearly three decades of experience in probation, parole, and justice system leadership across multiple California jurisdictions. She has extensive expertise supervising high-risk populations, implementing statewide realignment initiatives, and developing policy, training, and best-practice frameworks. Throughout her career, Ms. Henzi has led multidisciplinary teams, collaborated closely with local, state, and federal law enforcement partners, and played a key role in advancing professional standards, innovation, and public safety within community corrections.

Estial Lett is a Unit Supervisor with the Alameda County Probation Department with over 17 years of experience in the justice system. She holds a Master of Public Administration from California State University, East Bay, and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from San Francisco State University, and has extensive experience training and supervising justice professionals and justice-involved clients. Ms. Lett is certified in Motivational Interviewing, PC 832, PREA, Principled Policing, Thinking for a Change, and evidence-based practices, and is a Joyfields Institute Certified Evidence-Based Practitioner. She is committed to developing justice professionals who are accountable, well-trained, and community-focused, with an instructional approach that emphasizes legal standards, ethical decision-making, professionalism, and officer safety grounded in real-world application.
