341st District Judge, Webb County CSCD

Judge Beckie Palomo is a devoted wife and mother of five sons. She has dedicated her 26-year legal career to public service. She presides over the 341st District Court in Webb County and is the only district judge in Texas to have previously served as both a state prosecutor and director of the adult probation department. In 2014, then Texas Supreme Court Chief Justice Nathan Hecht appointed her to the Judicial Advisory Council where she currently serves as co-Chair addressing issues important to the judiciary before the Texas Board of Criminal Justice. Judge Palomo earned her BBA from the UT Austin in 1995 and her JD from St. Mary’s Law in 1998 where she currently serves on the Law Alumni Board. Judge Palomo is beloved in her community and is known for her commitment to service on and off the bench having implemented multiple programs educating, motivating and inspiring the next generation of leaders.
