Karl Czyz
Senior Director of Operations, Tyler Technologies


Karl Czyz serves as Sr. Director of Operations at Tyler Technologies, Inc. In his 16 years with Tyler, he has held various leadership roles, showcasing his expertise in operations and professional services. Karl holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Industrial Distribution, Engineering & Business from Texas A&M University. He is committed to driving operational excellence and innovation.


Jack Martin
Client Executive, Enterprise Supervision, Tyler Technologies


Jack Martin, former director of the Clark County Department of Juvenile Justice Services, has served over three decades in law enforcement, both in the adult and juvenile arenas. He is a national educator for operational issues surrounding cultural change initiatives within law enforcement agencies, and an expert in designing and conducting educational programs for adult and juvenile justice system associates. He is the 2025 National Chair for Coalition for Juvenile Justice.


Ken Miles
VP & General Manager, Tyler Technologies


Ken Miles is the vice president and general manager of Enterprise Supervision at Tyler Technologies. His career began with honorable service in the US Marine Corps and a significant tenure in Law Enforcement. Miles transitioned to integrated criminal justice solutions after successfully implementing a countywide system as a client, which redirected his career path. Since joining Tyler Technologies in 2002, he has been a cornerstone of the Courts & Justice Division. His leadership has been instrumental in advancing Tyler’s products to meet the evolving needs of the justice community. With over thirty years of industry experience, Miles has successfully delivered major projects across the United States and internationally.
