With over 25 years of experience in the technology sector, Jonovan has held various leadership roles, demonstrating his expertise in software engineering and integration consulting. Jonovan joined Tyler in 2021 as the Director of Integration Consulting after leadership roles in the technology and banking sectors. He is committed to driving innovation and excellence in software engineering.
Patrick Slaughter
Director of Client Success, Tyler Technologies
Patrick Slaughter is director of client success and support at Tyler Technologies, where he provides executive oversight and strategic planning to support long-term client satisfaction across Tyler’s community supervision portfolio. He leads initiatives focused on governance, delivery excellence, and escalation management to help ensure successful client outcomes.
Before assuming his current role, Slaughter spent 14 years implementing and leading software delivery teams at Tyler. He served as a consultant and project manager and later as director of professional services for Tyler’s Enterprise Justice business line. During that time, he managed and implemented large, complex projects designed to streamline operations and improve efficiency for public-sector organizations, consistently delivering solutions on time and within budget through close collaboration with clients.
Slaughter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Tulane University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas.
