Katlin Marie Bishop
Supervisor, Maricopa County Adult Probation


Kate brings over a decade of experience in probation supervision, with a focused expertise in sex offender management. Their professional background includes supervising standard and serious mentally ill sex offender caseloads. She currently serves as a supervisor over a Standard Sex Offender Division. A certified Train-the-Trainer and Thinking for a Change Facilitator, Kate is dedicated to implementing evidence-based practices and fostering professional growth within the field. Her work emphasizes the importance of autonomy, critical decision-making, and the balance between accountability and rehabilitation in effective offender supervision.


Tiffany Butler
Probation Officer, Maricopa County Adult Probation


With 20 years of professional experience with Maricopa County Adult Probation, Tiffany Butler has built a career dedicated to effective supervision, public safety, and staff development. Throughout her tenure, she has supervised clients on Intensive Probation, Intensive Probation Sex Offenders, Standard Sex Offenders, and Domestic Violence. She currently serves as a Supervisor in the Sex Offender Division, where she provides leadership and oversight in specialized case management and supervision practices. In addition to her supervisory role, Tiffany serves as a facilitator for the department’s Risk Reduction Coaching for Supervisors program and oversees operations as a GPS Supervisor. Her experience reflects a strong commitment to accountability, evidence-based practices, and mentoring future leaders within the department.


Jessica Saenz
Adult Probation Officer, Maricopa County Adult Probation


Jessica Saenz has dedicated 21 years to Maricopa County Adult Probation, building a career centered on community safety, accountability, and effective supervision. For the past 16 years, she has served in the Sex Offender Division, where she has developed specialized expertise in managing and supervising individuals convicted of sexual offenses. In her current role as Supervisor, Jessica leads a team of 10 officers, providing guidance and oversight in complex and high-risk case management. She also serves on the Peer Support Committee, where she helps foster a supportive and resilient work environment for her colleagues.
