Personalities 2 is the second installment to the nationally recognized original presentation "Personalities Will Make or Break your Workplace” and brings the same level of education and entertainment by merging popular culture with evidence-based practice. The first installment examines the 4 personality types while explaining the reasons why certain people behave the way they do. Personalities 2 focuses on the “personality clash” aspect of conflict and provides tools to help navigate when dealing with personalities you feel to be too difficult, too sensitive, “A-type” or annoying; especially in the work place.

SESSION PRESENTERS
Jude David
Probation Manager, MA Probation Service/MA Trial Court/Office of Commissioner of Probation
Jude David first achieved national recognition in 2021 with his debut training "The Takeover: Millennials vs Everybody". Since then, he has been featured at 37 national conferences, 43 regional / state conferences and 3 international summits. He began his professional career as a group home manager in Phoenix, AZ. He moved back to Boston accepting a supervisor role for the Department of Youth Services as a supervisor before accepting a position at the Suffolk County Sheriff’s Department. After completing his Master’s Degree in Public Administration, he became a probation officer and has since been promoted to his current role of Training Manager. He is a podcast / media personality as well as a DJ and a nightlife promoter who has worked with celebrities such as Wyclef Jean, MC Lyte, Ginuwine, Bernice Burgos and an array of international artist such as TVICE, Phyllisia Ross and DJ Tony Mixx. Jude is the president and founder of the Boston Chapter of the National Association of Blacks in Criminal Justice and he is the Chair of the membership committee for the APPA.
