This program not only benefits aggressive youth, but also youth who can benefit from skill development. This program includes parent empowerment, which benefits the family and youth in their home environment. Empathy components are also a part of the program and assist the youth in enhancing this personality trait. During the eight week program there are three modules which are focused on: 1) social skills, 2) self control and 3) traps and traits. Throughout the course of the eight weeks youth are involved in building these components up individually through a variety of skill building activities.
