Everyone on the Same Page: How State and Parish Agencies Share Information to Coordinate Reentry and Supervision

SESSION INFO

Wednesday, August 25, 2021
11:00AM - 12:00PM
Session Type: Workshop

Louisiana has implemented a model many states are experimenting with: State supervision partnering with parish (county) jails and courts. This session will review how that partnership works and has been strengthened through enhanced information sharing with Acivilate’s Pokket software. We will share why the initial pilot site was selected and the deployment process. We will share stories of some of the change challenges and how they were overcome and talk about what’s next. Participants will also have the opportunity to work with the Pokket software, so bring your smartphone!
