Jessica Ellis serves as Executive Director of Centinela Youth Services (CYS) and the Everychild Restorative Justice Centers, the country’s leading, community-based front end diversion program. Nationally recognized as “evidence based”, CYS provides trauma-informed Restorative Justice services to youth and victims of youth crime. With 28 years of experience in youth development, education, non-profit management and restorative justice, Jessica received recognition from the California State Senate for her “visionary leadership” in building the second largest Restorative Justice program in the country, reducing recidivism of youth served by over 70%. Jessica has consulted with government agencies, law enforcement, probation, prosecution, defense, judicial branches, school systems and other organizations across the country on building restorative and trauma informed practices to enhance youth outcomes.
