11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Session Type: Workshop

Do you want to take your electronic monitoring (EM) program to the next level of success? Are your staff overwhelmed with EM data? Are staff at all levels using the EM system generated reports to make informed decisions? Would you like to know the top 3 reports most helpful to an agency’s success? If the answers to any of these questions are “yes,” we invite you to join us to explore ways you can use EM data, reports and system tools to effectively inform the decisions your staff at all levels make each day. With the high volume of data EM technology produces, data can either be one of the best tools in the agency’s toolbox or it can overwhelm and cripple staff as they do their best to supervise high-risk offenders. In this session we’ll identify the key report types and data elements you need to look at. This session is fundamental for Directors/Managers, Supervisors and Rank-and-File staff members. We’ll show you how to get the critical information (versus just raw data ) you need for your program’s success.
