Without focus on the value of testing results, agencies are wasting time and resources. This course will discuss the Maricopa County Adult Probation Department’s transition from dated drug testing techniques to innovative, research driven procedures for Probation and Pretrial. Join us as we share the ups and downs related to the culture shock of a new provider, implementation of a new policy, and transition toward a therapeutic approach to drug testing.
