"Talk About It" will provide attendees with the framework - developed based on ICF coaching methodology - which can also be used to have difficult conversations, including elements that may make them transformational. Attendees will walk away with practical guidance that they can implement immediately to build stronger relationships with their team, clients, partners, and family...one conversation at a time.

Toi James
Founder Chief Impact Officer, Redink Enterprises LLC


Toi B. James is the founder and chief impact officer (CIO) of RedInk Enterprises, LLC, a boutique coaching and consulting firm - specializing in inclusive engagement and communications. RedInk provides collaborative, transformational experiences that ensure every individual is seen, heard, and respected to create an unyielding sense of belonging in all populations. She brings years of experience in the fields of DEI&B, communications, marketing, corporate responsibility, and public affairs - working within both private and public sectors – which prepared her to engage others at various levels to provide exceptional experiences and results. She is also the author of Talk About It, 12 Steps of Transformational Conversations Even When You Disagree. Toi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Saint Augustine’s University and a Master of Public Administration degree from Georgia State University. Toi is also certified project manager, professional diversity coach, Diversity-to-Belonging facilitator, has earned grant writing and technical writing certificates - from University of Georgia and Kennesaw State University, respectively, and is a trained crisis communicator. In her free time, she enjoys art, reading, writing, traveling, embracing new experiences, and feeding her coffee addiction.
