About the Executive Summit

Thursday & Friday, March 7-8 8:00am-6:00pm

Top-tier community corrections leaders from across America, as well as nonprofit, for-profit, and federal partners that provide resources, products, and services to the industry will engage in meaningful discussions around three main foci:

  1. Agency Context In: How to manage the operations, staff, and product. Presentations will address leadership, communication, organizational research, and making life changing decisions.
  2. Agency Context Out: How to navigate external stakeholders. Presentations will address leadership challenges, external stakeholder support, learning from others, and the politics of it all.
  3. Agency Quality: Determining what quality looks like and knowing quality when it happens in your organization. Presentations will address technology and data.

Participants will have an unprecedented opportunity to immerse themselves in broad issues germane to the leadership of community corrections organizations. The summit will help leaders focus on providing their teams with a vision; empowering and delegating; displaying role model behavior; communicating effectively; motivating, inspiring, and influencing; and establishing effective policies, practices, and protocols.

Leaders will have the potential to profoundly impact their colleagues and peers and experience a unique and priceless opportunity for peer networking and executive mentorship. They will discuss, challenge, and debate relevant subject-matters. At the close of the event, participants will be able to further their knowledge and exchange information through an online community dedicated expressly for them. This will enable continued dialogue on topics of their choice based on their needs and interests.
