APPA’s no refund policy cut-off date is January 2, 2023. While there are valid reasons an individual cannot attend the training institute after registering, especially during the pandemic, unfortunately, the association must hold firm to this policy. APPA is bound by contractual obligations to the meeting venue to cover costs and/or penalties.
APPA values all members and stakeholders. If an individual is unable to attend the in-person training institute, regardless of the reason, APPA will transfer (substitute) registration to another individual from the same agency. Written requests must be sent to Kimberly Mills.
