Jacey Rader

Jacey Rader was appointed as Assistant Deputy Administrator of the Administration & Operations Division in May of 2018. Jacey serves as the Deputy Compact Administrator for the Interstate Compact for Adult Offender Supervision (ICAOS) and as the Commissioner of the Interstate Commission for Juveniles in the State of Nebraska. Jacey graduated from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in 2002 and has a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. She began her career with probation in 2004, and served as a probation officer until 2013, when she was promoted to Compliance Officer with the Administrative Office of Probation. In 2014, she was appointed to the Deputy Compact Administrator position with the Interstate Commission for Juveniles. In 2020, Jacey received the Nebraska Supreme Court Employee of the Year award and was elected as the ICJ Commission Chair and served for two years. Jacey has served as the Compliance Committee Chair for the ICJ in 2018, 2019, and 2022.

Abbie Christian

Abbie Christian serves as the Intestate Compact/Interdistrict Transfer Coordinator for the Administrative Office of the Courts and Probation and the Nebraska Deputy Compact Administrator for the Interstate Commission for Juveniles (ICJ). She began her career with probation in 2003 as a Probation Officer and was promoted to her current position in 2013. She manages the day-to-day operations related to Juvenile Compact, Interstate Compact for the Placement of Children, and Interdistrict transfers. Abbie is a current member of the ICJ Technology Committee and also serves as a National trainer for UNITY, the juvenile compact data management system.
