Jeff Henderson started his culinary career in the unlikeliest of places, prison. While serving nearly ten years he discovered his passion for cooking which led to executive chef positions at some of the top hotels and resorts in the country. Jeff's inspiring story has been featured on Oprah's Life Class, Good Morning America, Today Show, ABC World News Tonight, CNN, The Steve Harvey Show, and in major publications such as The New York Times, Newsweek, USA Today, People Magazine, the Washington Post, and many others. When Jeff is not traveling the world teaching his life-changing lessons, he resides in Las Vegas with his wife Stacy and their five children.

Robert Ambroselli is responsible for managing client implementations and relationships for Tyler Technologies’ Enterprise Supervision accounts. Prior to joining Tyler Technologies, he managed Alameda County Probation Department’s implementation of Enterprise Supervision for Adult, Juvenile and Pretrial projects. Mr. Ambroselli has more than 30 years of public safety experience in corrections and state parole with assignments that included activation of California’s first maximum security prison, Pelican Bay State Prison. He was the Assistant Chief of the Office of Correctional Safety and was appointed Director of State Parole for California by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. In his corporate career, he managed and implemented many large-scale accounts that span county and statewide implementations.

Jeff Appelman serves as director of professional services and is responsible for executive oversight, governance, execution strategy, and escalation management for Tyler Technologies’ Enterprise Supervision accounts. Before his current role, Jeff held various delivery and management positions over his 15-year tenure at Tyler Technologies, including professional services manager and account executive for Courts & Justice. He also worked as an implementation consultant at Brierley & Partners and Tyler Technologies. He has been instrumental in managing and implementing large-scale projects that span both county and statewide implementations. In addition to his expertise in professional services and implementation, Appelman has a strong background in web development and maintenance from his time at Evergreen Architectural Group and ISG Architects. Appelman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in political science from Texas A&M University. Throughout his career, Appelman has demonstrated exceptional technical knowledge and communication skills, making him a valuable asset to his team and clients.

Ken Miles is the vice president and general manager of Enterprise Supervision at Tyler Technologies. His career began with honorable service in the US Marine Corps and a significant tenure in Law Enforcement. Miles transitioned to integrated criminal justice solutions after successfully implementing a countywide system as a client, which redirected his career path.
Since joining Tyler Technologies in 2002, he has been a cornerstone of the Courts & Justice Division. His leadership has been instrumental in advancing Tyler’s products to meet the evolving needs of the justice community. With over thirty years of industry experience, Miles has successfully delivered major projects across the United States and internationally.
As vice president and general manager, Miles oversees the strategic direction and operational excellence of Tyler’s supervision solutions. Previously, he served as vice president of professional services, responsible for implementing all Tyler products. His background in the US Marine Corps and Law Enforcement provides a unique perspective on the justice system's challenges and opportunities.
