The APPA Headquarters Staff is located in Lexington, Kentucky. APPA is an affiliate of and receives its secretariat services from the Council of State Governments (CSG). CSG, the multi-branch association of the states and U.S. Territories works with state leaders across the nation and through its regions to put the best ideas and solutions into practices.
